LEARNER GROUP MOBILITIES

In 2026, three groups of DIJA adult learners (in total 44)  took part in international mobility activities — two groups from the pastry programme in Greece and one group of English language learners in Poland. All three mobilities combined formal learning with intercultural exchange and real-life language practice.

TRAINING COURSES

In 2026, three DIJA staff members attended two training courses focused on English language development — one in Greece and one in Poland. Both courses aimed to strengthen participants’ professional communication skills for use in everyday work, international cooperation, and Erasmus+ activities.

JOB SHADOWING

In 2026, DIJA staff completed two job shadowing mobilities — in Turkey and Poland — involving a total of 8 participants. The visits addressed quality development in adult education, inclusive approaches for learners with fewer opportunities, burnout prevention and well-being, the use of digital tools and artificial intelligence in educational processes, and the exchange of good practices between organisations working in different national contexts.
