All mobility activities have been designed to advance four core objectives of the accreditation:
– improving the digital and language skills of DIJA employees;
– enhancing the quality of formal and non-formal adult education programmes;
– increasing opportunities for DIJA learners in adult education;
– understanding burnout in the education environment and acquiring knowledge for its timely prevention.

What activities did you implement in your project?

To achieve these goals, DIJA staff and learners have participated in a range of international mobility activities — job shadowing, training courses and learner group mobilities — in partnership with experienced adult education organizations across Europe.
In total, 45 people were directly involved in our project’s mobility activities.
