High-quality dissemination of results
September 21, Mezaparks, Latvia
The final dissemination activity of the Erasmus+ project “Digitalization makes sense” built on national dissemination events in all partner countries and brought results together in an interactive, human-centred format. In Latvia, the final dissemination event took place on 21 September, 2025 and involved 13 participants. Through an innovative walking event and practical dissemination tools, the activity made digital project outcomes visible, accessible, and sustainable for educators, learners, partners, and the wider public.
As part of the Erasmus+ project “Digitalization makes sense”, project results were first disseminated in each partner country through local dissemination events and activities, ensuring that the outcomes reached national target groups in Latvia, Spain, and Lithuania. Building on these national dissemination efforts, the final project activity was designed as an innovative and engaging event, aimed at consolidating results, increasing visibility, and ensuring long-term impact at both national and European levels.
Instead of a traditional conference or presentation, the final activity took place in an interactive walking event format in Mezaparks, Latvia, allowing participants to explore the project’s values, digital opportunities, and achieve results in a practical and accessible way. This approach supported active participation, reflection, and dialogue, demonstrating that digitalisation in education is most effective when it is human-centered and action-oriented.
The event brought together teachers, trainers, learners, and cooperation partners, creating a strong link between education, digital transformation, and real-life practice. Through this activity, the project results were presented not only to people already involved in Erasmus+ projects, but also to a broader audience, including individuals with little or no prior experience with Erasmus+ or international cooperation.
To ensure that the project results continue to live beyond the event itself, the partners jointly developed practical, sustainable, and symbolic dissemination materials, closely linked to the project’s digital focus:
- Personalised USB flash drives (with project and programme logos) containing the project infographic and key results, serving as a practical everyday tool for information sharing;
- Power banks branded with the project and Erasmus+ identity, symbolising additional “energy” and motivation for new ideas and initiatives inspired by the project;
- Backpacks with the project logo for the direct target group, turning participants into visible “messengers” of the project and Erasmus+ opportunities in their daily environments.
These materials were intentionally selected as digitally relevant and long-term usable tools, ensuring repeated visibility of the project results. The backpacks, in particular, supported outreach to a wider public, including people not directly connected to education, by carrying the Erasmus+ message into diverse social and professional contexts.
The activity and its materials were developed and implemented jointly by all partner organizations from Latvia, Spain (Neotalentway), and Lithuania (IVAIGO). Tasks related to design, procurement, and final presentation were shared among partners, and all materials are used equally across partner organizations. The activity also included project management and administrative elements, ensuring quality implementation and coordination.
Target Groups and Beneficiaries
- The activity addressed staff of partner organizations, trainers, educators, and volunteers involved in adult education and training, who act as ambassadors of the project results and Erasmus+ opportunities. It also reached learners, cooperation partners, and organizational visitors through accessible dissemination materials, as well as the wider public, including individuals not previously involved in Erasmus+ activities. Project results were further disseminated via the EPALE platform, ensuring European-level visibility.
Contribution to Project Objectives
- This activity contributed to the project objectives by promoting inclusion and equality in adult education, strengthening the capacity and competitiveness of small and medium-sized adult education organizations, and enhancing the international cooperation capacity of partner organizations through joint dissemination activities.
This activity demonstrates that digitalisation makes sense only when it connects people, organizations, and knowledge, and when project results are shared in meaningful, inclusive, and sustainable ways.
