Digitalisation in practice – development of a digital learning platform and creation of infographics
Digitalisation in practice focused on turning newly acquired digital skills and digital solutions into real, sustainable results. Through hybrid cooperation, each partner organization developed and implemented its own digital learning platform and supporting infrastructure to ensure long-term impact beyond the project.
Digitalisation in practice was implemented through hybrid activities throughout the project, ensuring that acquired digital skills and digital solutions were actively applied in daily organizational work. Through local working groups and regular online cooperation, partners tested and introduced new solutions. As a result, each organization created concrete digital infrastructure, including digital screens, connected computers, and a digital training platform, ensuring sustainable use beyond the project.
Digitalisation in practice was implemented through hybrid activities running throughout the entire project. The main goal was to ensure that the digital knowledge, skills, and experience gained during the project were actively implemented in the daily work of partner organizations, not only discussed. Each partner adapted the solutions to their own needs, tested them in practice, and integrated them into everyday processes.
The activities combined local working groups in each partner organization with regular online meetings between partners all project time. Local sessions focused on decision-making and practical implementation, while online meetings supported experience sharing, problem-solving, and mutual guidance.
As a result, concrete digital infrastructure was created in each partner country. Each partner organization purchased and introduceddigital screen for agile information flow, computers connected to the screens as management platforms, and developed a digital training platform adapted to their organizational needs. These investments, together with newly introduced digital solutions, strengthened organizational capacity, improved internal communication, increased confidence in digital tools, and ensured sustainable use of digitalisation beyond the project duration.
